Today, I will do a review on VideoPal, a cloud-based software developed by the team of Paul Ponna and Todd Gross that will give you the ability to create talking avatars that you can put on your website.
The first time I heard about this product, I was not really impressed since the product name is really not that catchy, and I thought it might be just another boring product that was launched that day, and aside from that, I have no idea on what it can actually do, but as soon as I saw the sales page, I was impressed by its features and what it can really do, so I bought it at that very moment to try it out and validate its claim, and I guess the VideoPal Team has really done a very good job at this one.
Watch the video below that I have created for the detailed review of the product as well as the software walkthrough.
Wendy has already done a good job reviewing and walking you through the use of VideoPal, you can see for yourself the avatar created by me at the right hand side of your screen, and to add just a bit more, I would just have to enumerate the things I like about this product, and these are the following:
Things I Like about VideoPal
Ease of Use
Creating a beautifully rendered talking avatar has never been easy, you just need to follow the 5 easy steps on creating it and nothing more
The text-to-speech capability of this application is awesome! as you can see from the way Wendy talk. There are still some parts of the talking where it still needs improvement though but if you weigh the positive and the negative things about this, the positive aspects really outweighs the negatives significantly.
Another nice thing about VideoPal is you can translate your text to another language, and this is really nice because using VideoPal, you can target people all throughout the world. Conveying message to people using their own language other than english has never been easier before with VideoPal
Of course, as you know me, this wouldn’t be forgotten to be included on my list. Another nice thing about VideoPal is its one-off payment and even with this pricing structure, you can still use VideoPal unlimited times but I just have to remind you that I bought this product during it’s initial launch and they’re offering a one-time lifetime payment but I guess they’ll be changing it soon so if you still have not take a hold of this amazing software, then I recommend you to grab it now and go to their salespage by clicking this link
Things I Don’t Like
For the things that I don’t like about VideoPal, well, there’s actually nothing that I can think of aside from there are a few choices of avatars if you only buy the front end product. But still, I believe that you can already start with your marketing campaigns with the available ones, and when you are already making money out of it, just buy the upgrade.
VideoPal Creative Tricks
As what Wendy has told you on our video, you can actually use the avatars for your video reviews but it will require you some tools and a bit of work. I don’t know if anybody has already did this but nevertheless, I will share to you the method on how I did it. Read below and see for yourself.
For this trick to work, you need the following tools
- Video Downloader – so you need to actually download the video to your computer. And for you to be able to download that, you need to use a video downloader. What I use is Internet Download Manager, and it’s actually doing it’s job very well. It is not a free tool but you have 30-day free trial to test it out. If you can find other video downloaders that works, you can use it as well, it’s just that I already have IDM and it’s the tool that I used and is working, so that’s the one that I recommend
- Video Converter (WEBM to MP4) – this tool is needed if your video editing software does not recognise WEBM video formats. I’m actually using Camtasia and it does not recognize WEBM formats so I need to convert the downloaded videos into MP4 formats before I can use it with Camtasia. Anyway, if you’re using other video editing software aside from Camtasia and it recognises WEBM video formats, then you would not need this tool. I actually use Movavi for this and I tried to use it using their 7-day trial and the conversion from WEBM to MP4 is actually working (Update: There is actually a free software that also converts WEBM to MP4, the name of the software is Handbrake, I actually tried it and it’s working as well, and you can download it from their website)
- Video Editing Software – this is the last tool that you need because you will be using this to create your video presentations. I currently use Camtasia but you can use other video editing software as well depending on your preference or what’s already available to you. If your video editing software recognises WEBM, then that’s good for you because you don’t have to convert the downloaded Videopal videos to other recognisable video formats, but if not, you will be needing a video converter.
And that wraps up my review. As for my parting words, I just want to tell you that if you still have not gotten VideoPal, then you should really grab it now while the price is still low. I highly recommend this product because it’s a very good investment specially for someone with online businesses because you can use these talking avatars to your advantage. If you still have not gotten this, just click the button below to learn more about the product. It is currently priced at $37 for a lifetime license but you must hurry because it will become a monthly subscription in the near future so act now. The vendors also offer a 30 day money-back guarantee so if this product didn’t meet your standards, just request for a refund and you will get your money back with no questions asked.
